Would give this place a 3.75 if yelp allowed decimals. For reference my favorite shabu shabu/hot pot are currently Mikiya and Mumu. TLDR: hotpot is worth trying if you're looking for something different. Gf feels like this is the most authentic type of Chinese hotpot. The star of the show is the nice variety of sides more than the actual meat itself. Felt like the hotpot meat was good, but not great. Go for the beef and lamb combo for value and presentation. Overall a little pricey because everything adds up, but would come back with friends. We got: We got half spicy broth and half bone broth. Spicy felt a little overpowering and detracted a little from the flavor of the meat. The bone broth was very good and clean. For meats we got the angus, the pork belly, and the wagyu. Pretty typical fair - did not feel like they were bad. To be expected at the price point (but felt a little high) We got a nice variety of sides. The fish balls were especially flavorful. My gf really liked the lamb skewers said they were flavored really nicely with cumin (a little dry for me, but still ok). Our bill came out to 170 after tip for 2 people. Felt a little pricey for what it was. Annoying: what a lot of people mentioned in their reviews which was that sauce bar was automatically added before we even sat down (3.50 a person) Parking: Parking lot is ok. It looks big but, but often fills with capacity during peak hours. We came early so there was no line (basically at open 5pm on a Friday night. When we left around 7, there was a wait about an hour) Pro tip: - if you're a couple ask for table with a single burner. The best value meat wise is the beef and lamb combo which we did not get (we got the wagyu which we low key regret getting because it was not worth it compared to the generous portions of beef and lamb platters) Cost of a soda: 2.50

If you are looking for a high quality hotpot and not AYCE come here. The servers were all attentive to our needs and really quick to help! We ordered half bone broth and half spicy soup base. Ordered all of our dishes thru the tablet with all the pics displayed helped to expedite our food. After we sat down and ordered we went to the sauce bar where they had a great assortment of sauces and toppings. Along with chicken feet, pickled cucumber, sesame balls, and some other yummy fruits. We ordered the seafood platter which came with super fresh shrimp, oysters, scallops, and mussels, Tons of fresh veggies, and assortments of different cuts of meats! The soup bases were good I only ate the bone broth as my spice tolerance is not high. But the others in my party said the spicy one was super numb effect so be prepared for that if you do order! They refilled the soup pots quite often as we kept slurping down the soups. Excellent service, delicious foods and also really cleanly! Come early or make a resy because when we left on a Friday night the line was super long!

Wait can get pretty long on weekends and evenings, but it is well worth it! Plus there are discounts if you wait more than a certain time. They also have great snacks in the sauce bar which include spicy beef innards, sesame balls, chips and so on. Love their mushrooms, especially the oyster mushrooms in the soup as well as their beef and lamb circle. Only thing I wish is that they have ice cream but their waiting snacks are okay and they have nice tea. Service isn't great though.

This hot pot restaurant had me at "hello" thanks to its stunning food presentation! While it was a late Mother's Day dinner on a Monday, making a reservation ensured we didn't have to wait. The presentation of the food was truly the star of the show. However, attentiveness from the waitstaff was a bit inconsistent. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, it proved challenging to flag them down for simple requests like extra napkins or a fork. Moving on to the food itself, it was quite good! The thinly sliced meat was high-quality and delicious, and while the vegetable selection was a touch limited, everything was fresh and flavorful. Plus, they offered a free pitcher of your chosen beverage for posting on social media - a clever way to promote the restaurant! The sauce bar was also a delightful addition, offering a wide variety of options to customize your dipping experience. Overall, this hot pot restaurant is a great choice for those who prioritize stunning presentation and delicious, high-quality ingredients. While service could be a touch more attentive, it doesn't detract from the overall enjoyable dining experience.

Came with my gf for her birthday. She was craving hotpot and we decided to try a place I hadn't been to before. Was a tuesday night so a bit worried about the wait. The wait was not too bad. Inside was similar to other hotpot places. The tables only had 2 small pots and not 1 big pot but we were ok with it. The value for the meat is pretty crazy. The marbled meat was only $17, and the intestine was amazing, the softest I've ever had. Their veggies in the broth were super soft. The tripe at the bar is, unlimited, and tastes AMAZING. I will definitely be coming back. With friends.

I kept passing by this place after already having lunch at the nearby plaza, so finally made it a point to come here today! The inside is clean and bright, the waitstaff is friendly. I sat down and ordered from the tablet, which was pretty straightforward. The waitstaff came back after I submitted the order and told me I can order the personal pot for a cheaper price, I really appreciated her pointing it out to me and saving me a few bucks! Food came out really quickly, before my pot even reached boiling point. The meat quality was excellent, veggies were fresh, and portion size is reasonable. I wasn't sure how spicy their "medium" level is, but decided to try it. The waitstaff reminded me it's quite spicy and confirmed I really wanted it. It ended up being a perfect level for me, with a good kick but not so spicy I couldn't taste anything else. I only wish they have a small platter of many ingredients for single diners so we can try a variety of things. But overall really enjoyed the experience, and will definitely come back if I'm in the mood for hot pot again!

First time at this location. It was clean (probably cuz it was new?) and the servers were extremely attentive and friendly. The taste - I'd say it's on par with the best Chinese spicy hot pot restaurants in California. While the food variety is not Haidilao level, I'd argue that it's got 90% of them, at a cheaper price. Spicy level was alright, the "mild" level was nowhere near some of the more spicy hot pot joints I've been to so it's definitely good for people who aren't very tolerant to it. The giant meat plate consists of half lamb and half beef. I thought it was worth it if you can finish it. The veggies felt very fresh so you'll feel safe eating them. This place is also much less crowded than haidilao. I would 100% recommend this place.

I highly recommend the coconut chicken brother for non spicy eaters! The broth is made of actual coconut water and chicken so it's the perfect balance of umami and sweet. And it's something you can't usually get at hot pot restaurants! The meat was very fresh and thinly sliced, and service was good too. There's a decent amount of sauce options and complementary dessert and fruits. Overall really good experience, would come back again!
